Placing an order gives us the recipient name, delivery address, email address, the items ordered and word from the payment provider that the charge was approved.

We never receive or store a full card number. Card details go straight to the payment provider's hosted page.

The information is used to pack and deliver the order, to answer questions about sizing and fitting, to handle returns and to stop fraudulent orders.

We do not sell or rent customer information, and nobody is added to a mailing list without being asked first.

The store sets the cookies needed to keep a cart together, hold a checkout session open and understand which pages are used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the cart cookie stops the basket working, but the rest of the site still loads.

Order details go to the carrier delivering the parcel and to the payment provider processing the payment.

We also share information where the law requires it. Nothing is passed to advertisers.

You can ask us to delete the personal information attached to an order once the return window has closed, or to correct an address or email we hold.

Requests are handled within one working day. Some order records are kept where tax or accounting rules require it.
